procedural red tape to do away with is good but less of vigilance in terms of audit is a risky thing may be....single-point gateway, cutting down of outdated rules and processes and quicker turnaround for general queries, compliants etc. more manpower where needed all of this might serve well but surely self-assessment is a term that doesn't sit well in my mind in the current milieu of transitional phase! more
