Secret service's is most important, even 8th class should be recruited, more on job training like - fitter, turner, carpenter, electrician, a/c refrigeration mechanics should be thought from 8 the class, compulsory NCC training to boys girls in schools. All your best efforts and ideas ...where are they being implemented ?In a budget of 14,00,000 crores ..how much is being spent on the entire judicial system in INDIA ..less than 2000 crores..and you expect to speed up the judicial system..this govt will never learn..and for venture funding ..10000 crores ..great..as if venture funding was five times more important for the nation ! more
