School Fee ordinance - lack of willingness to enforce
What good is an ordinance that UP cabinet has cleared kn April 3 but Noida DM says he hasnt received a copy of it. Deputy CM says ordinance is in effect. Isnt this an example of bureaucratic and political lack of intent and willingness to solve peoples problems?
After the ordinance schools charging more than 20000 per year have to revise fee structure and minimise burden on parents per news papers.
Can some please escalate this to Yogi ji or before we know it it will be April 2019. more

Yes it's a great concern for all of us we need to do something about it but we don't know what can we do more

The news article and the ordinance by state government on the regulation of school fees was merely an eye wash and it is the nexus operating at a very large scale.Nothing has changed except that the private run schools have done a revision in their fee structure wherein they have removed the head of "annual fee" and taken a smart move of bifurcating the amount of annual fee into the four quarters and hence kept the gross amount payable by parents per annum as almost the same. more

Dear Mam, nothing will happen. Unless we improve the quality education in Government School. There is so much competition for admission in Private school and the result is school authorities are not bothered at all. Unless they have the fear of loosing the business or control from the government (not corrupt) authorized body to monitor it, it won't change. Alternative there should be enough school within the reach of individual. All Good School Delhi/NCR against 1 seats more than 30 candidates are fighting for admission. Its a reality now schools in India that schools today has become completely commercialized (Government give land on concessional cost and other facilities) which simply adds in their profit and early pay back. Some schools run by trust but the trusty coming politician family or missionary such is the faith of our schools today. Last but not the least inspite of paying such high fee to schools we still looks for extra tutions ?????? I still pray for all it happen the way we want. more
