Safety handling charges by e commerce companies

E Commerce companies have started safety handling charges. This is essentially for using sanitizers,gloves and keeping ware houses clean. Ideally this is something that is expected. But in the name of Covid 19 a new way to fleece customers has begun. It also means that till now these companies were not adhering to basic cleanliness. Local circles should take this up with Ministry of Consumer Affairs. more

Customer, i.e. common man is the ultimate destination for everyone's problems - from taxes to delivery charges, everything is ultimately borne by the common man. more
