The common argument that all are eual is not correct . There are discrimination and the same are not always wrong. The laws made by our parliament and assemblis, constitution made by us are not dealing with the whole matters of the things / people / beliefs / customs / dharma and hence when there comes dispute dont by prejudice think that what was going on is wrong. Due to sevaral reasons scientific, spiritual , and the background of the diety etc the entry sought by the petetioner cannot be allowed in my openion and also court if at all allows I dont think the real bhakth women in these age group will not go there. We may recall that some vested interest group similarly brought down the fact that the Makarajyothi is not natural but man made , thinking that it will lead to decrease in pilgrimage for Makara Jyothi, but they miserably failed as year after year there is only increase in pilgrimage. In Hindu Temples generally no people enter without taking a bath, without wearing clean dress etc . Also the Women while on their periods days avoids going to temple. These are by their own not by any laws made by the politicians or court orders !!!!! more

No it should not be done.Nobody has the right to intefere in sabarimala rituals other than thanthri.As a Hindu we should resist such moves. If the supreme court is getting into sabarimala why cant they interfere in Muslim mosques for entering ladies.Nobody has the right to question the practises of any religion. more
