Rummy Circle Menace

Rummy circle at https://www.rummycircle.com is ruining lives of many families. Its advt are in TV, web etc etc enticing people to play rummy. I understand from articles in magazines by people who lost money, initially it allows people to win and then later they start losing continuously. As in any other addiction, people continue to recover lost money but keep losing. Is govt taking any steps to ban this as this is a gambling and computerised cheating of gullible people? more
