1.E.C. is also Responsible to Constitutional Guarantees like S.C. and the Conclusive Clarifications recognized in Constituent Assembly on Electioneering and One Man One Vote shall be the Guide.
2.It is the PRIME and Accountable Responsibility of E.C. to disqualify to contest in Elections on whom Penal Proceedings on SOCIAL and FINANCIAL Frauds are Served by any Competent Court .
3.E.C. shall not neglect to enforce IPC Sections 171 A to J and shall notify Voters the details of Currency/Gifts Seized during Election Period clarifying as to How many and How much is left off AS NOT BEING ELECTION OFFENCES within 7 days of completion of Election Counting .

Neglect of EC in enforcing IPC resulting in building enemity; rivalry ending with Challenges to CONSTITUTION ITSELF. State and Regional Political Parties, Politicians even forgetting the Fundamental Union Spirit and Constitutional Mandates, guarantees for upholding JUSTICE AND Justice in Social , Economic, Political as well as the ultimate FRATERNITY AND LIFE. EVERY Political Party , Politician , Social Leader must continue the Unity mandate IRRESPECTIVE OF CASTE , COMMUNITY AND RELIGION imbibing the Civic motto of N.S.C. Revising Volume of punishments and Penalties on Offenses relating to Elections matching to 21st Century with undeviated Strict enforcement is the Prime issue while 2nd is to disqualify those possessing Court Cases pertaining to SOCIAL AND OR FINANCIAL OFFENSES/CRIMES. The cases relating to Political Protests ONLY TO BE IGNORED. This is only Justified Method of Disqualification. THE STRENGTH OF CONVICTS/THOSE HAVING SOCIAL AND FINANCIAL CRIME CASES THAT WAS ALLOWED TO LEGISLATURE HOUSES SCORING 30 % AS AT 2013 INCREASED TO 36 % AS AT 2017 . IT IS THE DUTY OF EC AND SC TO DISALLOW THOSE HAVING CASES OF SOCIAL/ FINANCIAL OFFENSES/ CRIMES EVEN FROM NOW TO SAVE THE SANCTITY OF RULE, DEMOCRACY , JUDICIARY AND THE CONSTITUTION AS A WHOLE. more

The person in the attache Video only gave the dignity , meaning and teeth to the Institution . In the elections after the death of the Iron Lady felled by the bullets of her own Guard , Rajeev[Congress was relegated ] was elected with a thumping majority of 404 seats of the then 514 Lok Sabha .I don't think we had heard of any such unrigged results with more than 80% . Even this brute majority didn't make Rajeev arrogant towards the various sections of people and the" Autonomous "Institutions . Probably "the events of Emergency " was fresh in memory.He respected all the Institutions & pillars and also particularly the straightforward firebrand E.C.at that time , who established the Credentials of an E.C. to India . Till then an E.C had to come to the law minister's office and wait . He gave teeth to the E.C. The Incumbents should realise that they are above all , the Executives ,Legislators , Ministers , P.M. during this Election Process which elects the law makers to the Nation . India has its constitution. It is above all , , The President, the Parliament, E.C., The P.M. Politicians shouldn't stoop to any level on their strength in Parliament . The present SC HEARINGS on EC need to cover Most important duties of CEC. This Body is only Responsible for inducting Accountable Parliamentarians and Legislators BUT STRICTLY FOLLOWING ELECTIONEERING PRINCIPLES AND MANDATES. The lapses on this Constitutional Purposes already bagged 36% WHO are having Criminal Record. A CJI had to Tear His Eyes while A CJI had to prefer Media to convey His deep regrets upon the presently carried practices allowing a Convict to Lead a Political Party and Share the Rule through his Proxy. Country lost development, Economic Sufficiency, Industrial and even Educational Sector WHEREBY PEOPLE REMAINED ILLITERATES AND BECAME POOR while lakhs of Crores Govt Funds and Public Finances are set for LOOT decades together. Definitely the Objectives of CONSTITUENT ASSEMBLY are not promotional of such biased Rule.
