Regarding permission for allowing maids to work on residences, I would like to mention that the rule in current Residents Guideline suggests that the maids are allowed only if they work in a single house. This is highly impractical as most of them work in 5 to 6 houses and earn required money to support their family. Restricting them to work only in one house means not to allow them to earn their full monthly income. Moreover, on the otherside, a resident who till date was paying her on part time basis, can't afford to pay her on full time basis specially when many of their income has reduced due to ongoing lockdown.
