Disaster management has never been efficient because one can not reach the site rapidly due very difficult accessibility. At many places the development of town/city/suburb is so much disorganised that constructions of roads, buildings, laying down sewerage, other utilities like cables, gas pipeline, water pipeline etc are not accordings to norms.The shoddy work done by builders, cotracrtors are tolerated by Municipal authorities more many reasons. and they go unpunished or pardoned. more
