Reliance closing CDMA network
Really surprised the way reliance has stopped its CDMA service. I was using FWP,Datacard and Mobile phone of reliance. They stopped the service because they want to free spectrum for JIO. So was this consumer mistake. Message we got is service will be stopped and shifted to GSM. so what about the datacard we purchased, What about the landline.
Across the globe every company give replacement FOC in such scenario as no where its mistake of customer, but in this case they openly went a head and stopped the service. Telecom ministry is silent including TRAI. No one asked reliance why have they given replacement for customers who had been using the product for years. How can they take customers for granted.

Because of this shift, I had to discard the CDMA phone and buy a 4G phone. Will Reliance compensate this unwanted financial burden due to their technical issues?

Same has happened with me also, I purchased 6 CDMA phones and after 15 days, they shut the services and asked us to shift to GSM, but by paying additional cost, nobody in RELIANCE heard our issue. Rs. 16000/- gone for a waste. everybody should be aware of this cheat named ADAG, (Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group), and please dont fall into their hands. they are the greatest cheats...

What about the life subscription for which the Reliance has collected the money. Is it not a breach of trust?TRAI intervention is required so that Reliance will be to rely not the CHEATANCE (CHEAT=ANCE).

i think ministry of telecom is not serious about for survicess privet operators and government equaly earn revinue they are not serious about for survicess , i am also suffrer in relaince CDMA set , i was chenge my hand set of relaince at kolkata at that time relaince out let sys to change sim in 3G and they change it number was same , i am residing at bokaro in jharkhand phone was working but without any information relance was stoped, i meet in bokaro sec4 survice centre they give another GSM sim and told me after 10das you put it in your mobile and your exsiting number will be start till date i am witing for strat my old number after 25 days when i call to customer survice they request to go at survice centre and request him to send detail to theire office. Now question is i pay for every thing then why we are suffring for survicess. this is to much so i request to minstry to look this matter . as per my knowldeg 2G 3G 4G for data surfing not for voice connection so if aney one who are using mobile for net they can change or upgrade their sim other wise rest of them are can continue.
