Registration of Social welfare organization/trust
I wish to raise a Concern regarding registration of Social welfare organization/trust and also if a person wants to Register for a proprietorship.
The govt fees is 1025 for registration of Social welfare organization/trust how ever when you go for this to registrar office they keep sending you back
with several other reasons (Information missing etc) and will not register your Social welfare organization/trust. I came to know why they are doing this.
There is chain of corruption in this field as well . The govt fees is 1025 for registration of Social welfare organization/trust but to register this you have to be in contact
with any lawyer or notary etc they charge around 10 thousand rupees for this and your work will be done sitting at home. If you want to do it personally by visiting registrar office
your work will not be done with many reasons.
Same happens with proprietorship and TIN number registration. One CA told me that you alone can not do it. Fee is around 2000 and CA charges 10 Thousand to 12 thousand
to get the same registered. IF a person wants to get the same registered by himself visiting ITO offices, you will be avoided. You keep on visiting these offices but nothing will be done . only through corrupt chain your work is done easily.
There is no transparency to the public. Can anyone with me raise this issue to Kejri Govt. more

Very rightly said by VK Aggarwal ji, Lets unite and held a meeting on a particular place , write down the common issues and form a draft of the issues and send it to the Govt via some good source. How many will come together and meet on a place , please raise your hands...with your contact numbers .... more

Who says "Corruptions has stopped in Government offices", nothing has changed even in Modi or Kejriwal Govt. The roots of corruption in our country are so deep that you cannot eradicate until a revolution against corruption is carried out in the entire country. The Govt machinery from Top to the Bottom are stand on corruptions. more

Formation of Any Firm/ partnership efforts, if successful, may generate employment & additional VAT/ service tax for Govts. Govt should appoint nodal officers to help & get work concluded in time frame. Govt must also check competency of dealing persons & ask them justification of drawing combined salary of more than lacs per day- what for they had come to office, what they have done today & what they will do tomorrow after coming to office. Extra flab should be removed to reduce burden & inducing others not to work without grease. more

We are paying 30% as tax,15% service tax besides exise duty ,vat,entertainment tax,road tax,education cess to government.If we contribute just 1% for a little work which matter us most,which are educative and preventive,our life will be much better.Govt officials give priorities to certainbig issues which i cannot describe here.Little issues donot drive attention of govt officials for some reasons ,prevention of problems is not on their list because if there is no problem what they will do,but if we give in writing describing the reasons for necessicity of a work ,they cannot ignore it.If we join hands & divide departments among ourself to collect information about social problems & will keep on writing with pictures of the incidence to govt ,there is no reason why work will not be done.We have to organise our selves to ask questions to govt department about the issues we give priority. let us first describe the problems & let the people of this group come forward to accept a department of their choice to whom all input will be given by all of us.We shall all authorise him to write on our behalf to govt.If we have to meet govt officials ,we will spare time . more
