regarding pf withdrawal
I was working with the pharma company,company deducted the pf but not providing the pf number,i have a doubt they have deducted the pf but not submitted to the department...what to do ? more

Dear Sir, Greetings for the day, my self N.K.Hegde 61years,retired(on 15.02.15) from Oswal Group co. called Nahar Poly Films Ltd.HO Ludhiana, Factory at Mandideep Bhopal,I worked as Regional Manager Marketing (Western Region from 15.02.2010 to 31.08.2015),though co. declared my retirement on 15.2.15,I continued to work till 31st of Aug.2015.). Now it is one year passed , they have not released my salary from Feb.15 to Aug.15.,because of My customer pending oust standing payment / C forms, not even received PF/Gratuity. I have filled up EFP form on 28.01.16.with all necessary document, sent to Mr.Anil Sharma  Vice President H.R.It is almost one month now no news from them. Now I need advice /suggestion from you that :- 1.Can I claim my PF amount directly from the Department (which is located at Ludhiana Punjab). 2.Or I have to go through Co. 3.I have  another set of form with me which came from EPF office Ludhiana shall I fill it up send it Directly??. Mr. Varma, Please send the a letter/ email his concern person, his responsibility to provide the PF number and UAN number. then take action to EPF department with your salary slip and other documents. If your EPF was deducted and deposit the EPF department. more

GO EPFO WEBSITE AND SEARCH FOR ESTABLISHMENT WHERE YOU CAN SEARCH BY NAME OF ESTABLISHMENT, REG NO OF ESTABLISHMENT, LOCATE YOUR ESTABLISHMENT AND YOU CAN FIND THERE OPTION TO VIEW CONTRIBUTION PAID WITH MEMBERS LIST AND MONTHS more

check with pf authorities about your company deposit detail. you can check if they are depositing or not and whose amount is depositing. more
