6. Family members of VIPs should not be allowed on official tours with them - Yes
7. The VIP quota in Railways should be trimmed and should be usable only in case of emergency - Yes
8. Aircraft and train departures must never be delayed due to VIPs - Yes
9. The idolising of bureaucrats and ministers should be stopped - Yes
