Sir, Some of the people asked me one question, "that under EPS 95 pension is paid only on Rs. 6500/-" which is not correct. For your kind information, When EPS 95 was launched on 16.11.1995, there were two options:- 1. Pension payable on the Statutory limit of Rs. 6500/- per month. 2. Pension payable on the actuals. I opted on actuals and I retired in August 2013. That time my basic was Rs. 45480.00 per month and contribution towards EPS 95 was Rs. 3788.48. Around 250 persons in Tata Communications who opted on actuals are getting pension around Rs. 15000/- per month. But EPFO has all of sudden stopped the pension in 2013 on actuals. I have been running pillar to post to get this issue resolved. Met Addl commissioners & Central Provident Fund Commissioner Mr. K.K. Jalan; IAS on 7.4.2015 and submitted my application to him. It is surprised that he has not even replied to my letter. My office TATA Communications Ltd has submitted Affidavit in the shape of indemnity bond on 24.12.2014, inspite of that my pension is not settled. Even RTIs filled by me are not replied. I am seeking appointment with Union Labour Minister. My request for appointment with is pending in his office since 27.7.2015.

Dear Readers, would it surprise you to learn that I had applied for the transfer of my Lare Father's weapon to my license under the Family Heirloom Policy in 2005, My application was unactioned till 2011 and then later I was told that it has been turned down as I had 3 weapons. I transferred one to my wife, then It was turned down again saying that your family has 3 weapons and there is No terrorist Threat to any of you! I have been asking for a meeting with the Jt Secy and Home secy for the past one year, there has been no response! God Save us from these people. From 2005 till 2011 the policy has changed and an clause of Terror Threat has been introduced! How and why should I suffer?

This copy was also sent to FM, Secretary, Financial services, RBI governor and others but no hearing has been given to date because all are sleeping and only Personal staff is the 'Super bosses to take the decisions. Its GM, SAM_RO, New Delhi, denied me personal hearing on my visit to his office at the behest of the Corrupt officer who might have reminded him of the share of bribe he would shared.
