delivery man never contacts by mobile before coming. It is presumed that customer is available 24x 7 at home with valid ID documents and they always come between 11-2 pm. what if both husband and wife are working or if the person is single? When the phone / mobile no is available at the cover of consignment, then why not the delivery office contact about the the possible time o deliver the consignment. Delivery offices ( there are 3 near Dwarka New Delhi for Blue dart ) do not have any telephone nos. listed on the website of Blue Dart. So how do you contact? The customer care care will ask for the consignment no which may not have been sent to you. This happened with me for my debit card. they sent it back. then I had to contact the bank for it being resent. more
question should be rate the govt of india - planning commission ? wrong planning / acche din where ? no incomes then expenses how ? this govt is just a feku govt nothing else ? more
As per timeline they not able to deliver irrespective of high cost of booking. Parcels are not handle with care. some time damaged product received. more
Most of the Courier Co.'s like DTDC, First Flight, Professional Couriers, etc. have franchises in different localities in metro cities and towns. Their activities need to be regulated as their charges are unreasonably high. These I have seen in many many circumstances. Though they are saying that their rates are fixed / determined by parent Co. but I have a doubt. This should be looked into also. more
Couriers main issues are timely delivery and charges. Recently I had sent one small book weighing 50 gm to my relative in South India and they had charged me Rs. 300/- (appx.). However, the delivery was made on time. Govt. shld regulate / fix their charges and there should be a clause for 50% refund in case the delivery is not made within the stipulated period except in unusual circumstances like holidays, strike, flood, etc. more
