RAPE A TABOO IN INDIA, MUST BE NULLIFIED
Rape is a huge Taboo in India, and there seems to be no remedy in India, as Capital punishment can't be brought in to due to vested interest. Therefore, we must try to nullify its effects, by according huge incentive to the victim like offering Govt Job at some distant place with cash reward of Rs 10 Lakh, and also Rs 10 Lakh to the person marrying the girl/women.
I would like at least the fore-head of the rapist to be written with indelible ink, "Rapist" for everyone to know his crime, and socially boycott him. That way, the Rapist shall become a taboo in the society, and not the poor women. Your Comments pl..

Who says Rapists cannot be brought to the book ? There are vested interest in stopping capital punishment against rape. Look at Mulla Singh ????? What a pity??? Law do exist all over the world, but the pity (Sic) politicians look out for a escape route to save their kith and kin???Speedy trials of rape cases and stringent punishment shall be an effective deterrent. The rape cases should be tried on day to day basis and decided with in 1-2 months.We now need to speak the truth. Last but not the least cascarate two and 100 would not dare to do any thing wrong.
