Promoting Start Ups in Govt
Start ups in India struggle to work with Government at all levels for many reasons including long drawn tendering processes, minimum requirements, corruption, bureaucratic mindset, etc.
LocalCircles believes that Government if it chooses to, can be a great enabler for start ups. With this post, we would like to seek your inputs on specific steps that Central and State Governments must take that will enable Start Ups to work with them.

Let us not suggest that government should give priority. Instead let the government inform their requirements and the parameters for purchasing the goods, such as ISI approval, environmental clearances, cleanliness and quality control, which are to be adhered by the suppliers. If there are more suppliers available, let the orders be divided among those suppliers and placed with them. more

Govt can also prioritise the tenders and new developments for hub members. Or even directly circulate requirements among hub members all over the country more

Hub facility is a grt boon for start ups. This will help them promote thier business starting from the hub members i.e.a ready market. This hub can also provide other amenities accounting facilities and other consultancy services incl engineering consultancy.everything shld be provided for in the hub more
