Profiteering by medical companies
Can the people in this circle share their experience with price of medicines post GST? I feel many medical companies have profiteered due to gst as they increased base prices despite gst reduction. If anti profiteering dept has any data do share with us... more

In absence of a clear-cut and well defined billing system/process, there is bound to be some or other corporate who would try to take advantage of the confusion to make some fast buck. McDonald - a favorite family joint is almost decimated in Delhi/NCR...we saw a spurt of Pizza Outlets in Y2K. Pizza Hut, Domino's, Smokin Joe, US Pizza etc. now even small stand alone pizza centers without foreign collaboration but using the foreign gadgets are into business all over Delhi. Domino's - Jubiliant Food Works...employs many youngsters besides providing job opportunities to handicapped (deaf & dumb) in their serving outlets. Please don't let personal ego or loss deprive hundreds of youngsters are handicapped youngsters lose their jobs in an already competitive and job drought situation. more

V need to get price list from govt source and also need to compile from various hospitals as most of them are charging 12% GST on current price. more

Medicine price should be controlled by govt. We know very well a huge part of price are going in pocket of middle person like distributor ,agent and retailers. .....on availbility of generic medicine we have to pay a huge cost..... On another hand medical test are very costly ....due to doctor lobby commission. It is not due to gst only.... more
