Problems being faced in New House Tax Web site.
It is observed so many problems are being faced by residents of Delhi while paying House Tax on new web site of Corporation. It is requested that the residents of Delhi be allowed to pay House Tax on old web site as followed in previous years till the new web site does not become user friendly.

I paid my tax by online and after the payment was successful it did not give any option to generate the payment receipt.

I have paid through credit card and receipt is not received. I suppose that statement of credit card is my receipt

Indeed, big pain. Reflects on our country which runs on cut business so unprofessionals hired who give cuts... Who cares if public suffers

I too tried to pay online couple of times but couldn’t. I then visited MCD office at Sadiq Nagar where their staff tried but couldn’t. Finally, our municipal councillor got the PTR & blank cheque collected with the assurance that tax will be paid. A staff of MCD rang up & I gave him the OTP received by me. It is over one month now & last date of extended period for payment is fast approaching but the amount has yet NOT been debited from my account nor the Municipal Councillor is replying about the status .

I also faced problems and wasted many hours. Finally I made payment, money was debited to my bank account but no confirmation and receipt by SDMC. I tried again and this time money was debited to my bank account and confirmation and receipt was received by me. But in the whole process I paid twice. Now for refund of excess amount I sent about 10 e- mails but no response - no acknowledgement and no refund. Sorry state of affairs. System not customer friendly.
