Problem with builders BPTP

I booked a Flat with the Builder BPTP in 2008 in their
37 D park Serene Gurgaon. But even after paying more than 16 lakh builder informed that your flat has been fortified without any prior notice. I urge upon the circle members to help and appeal to Honorable Chief Minister of Haryana to look into the affairs of this company as I have come to know that this particular Builder resort to this practice because of his proximity to privous Govt. of Haryana. Please Help as I am a salaried employee. more

Why lawyers of Gurgaon are not coming up and not giving any suggestion to sort out the issue. If somebody want to fight a litigation then they should tell charges for that. The lawyers should also tell that they have won the cases of similar type against builders and Property dealers. They should also tell that it should be taken with Police, with consumer court or with mutual discussion. It will sort out many cases which are pending due to lack of awareness and lack of Initiative by current government. more

Hi Mukesh, Its unfair that builder hold your money and cancelled your right for the flat. But, I have a question that you did not demand builder buyer agreement from builder (BPTP) before paying such a huge amount. I booked a flat in BPTP spacio, but construction work had been stopped since last one year, i am in dilemma that should i hold this flat or need to sell as possession offering from BPTP is near to impossible. more

My Flat has been forfited by the co means that they will not give me flat. Nither returning money which amounts more than 30% of the babse price. more

I have already filed a case in consumer forum Gurgaon in 2011. The case has not yet come up for hearing. more
