Problem with BPTP company
I have a problem with BPTP company
Thay have cancelled my Flat & Dont want to refund even. Is any body out there who have simillar types of problems? Can I do anything against them? Will & get my flat or money deposited with them back? Can anybody Help me?

I am prepared to assist him (no cost at all) preferring to take up issue with the company at the first instance. I request Mr. Narender to contact me with all connected documents.

Mr Virmani I agree with you completely that consumer has a right and must get it. But. as our Judicial system is slow it may take a very long time even in consumer forums. Since Mr Thitha needed immediate solution to his plight, I just wanted to alert him about the organisation he was pitted against. He may get a justice but delayed.

Do not be afraid of any thing. Just all your documental evidence scanned and send a letter to BPTP alongwith the documents for your reinstatement of flat/refund what ever you like with copy to credai/pehredar. Prepare your letter strongly worded and forcefully and I am sure you will get good result and god will help you.

Dear Mr. Prithavi Nath: Here I slightly differ from your view. Whatever the big company or political backing company, consumer has rights which if asserted properly could be more powerful. While asserting your rights one has to be sure that he had taken enough care at the time of purchase and have discharged its own obligations. Please excuse me for difference in opinion.
