Problem in newly introduced UAN based ECR submissi
Hi, We are facing huge problem since introduction of new UAN based ECR submission process through newly introduced unified web-portal since Jan-2017. Most of the time the portal is not accessible from any browser. Even we have not being able to login (Employer Login) !!
While visiting the Regional PF Commissioner Office, Salt Lake, Kolkata they simply give two mail id employerfeedback@epfindia.gov.in and gnoc@epfindia.gov.in to address our problem. Unfortunately no response from these two mail id as 48 hours passed ! The toll free number 18001-18005 is always bussy or no response. Even nobody is sure whether the return file deadline 15th is still there or any grace time will be provided. KINDLY HELP IN THIS REGARD. more

Hi, If that is the situation for all over india PF offices. Due to changes made by PF department unable cope up with pressure from all the employer. Further, under such circumstances to avoid future levying penalty for late payment etc. and all better address a letter to PF department with attaching snapshot of the file unable to down load the details and get acknowledgement from the PF department and express in your letter that you will not pay any penalty for late payment. The main website of EPFO is undergoing updates, but i found that this West Bengal site for Jalpaiguri region is working - http://epfojalpaiguri.org/en_site/ . In that site they mentioned this link for online payment for employers having SBI or other online banking accounts.
