PPF site/Software issue
Some one really needs to get that database software addressed. When I logged in March 2016, I found my database was showing balance till end Jan 2016 which was good, Felt happy that we are almost up to date.
April and May 2016 I couldn't see the database due to site being busy and repeated message saying "passbook not available"
Finally in June when I could see the database to my horror I saw all teh entries on FY 2015-2016 missing. So no contribution from April 15 to March 16 and to top it all the total also showed that much less contribution. And it happened with about 15 employees.
Strange as even if database entry is not seen the total should be correct as data is in the server (as seen in March) Sent a fellow and got it corrected
things were okay is July.
Now again I see one contribution of May 2016 missing.
EPF is a basic security for masses and such a softawre can create panic and problems in case of claims on death etc

First of all, the EPFO website is not an user-friendly site. The software seems to have a lot of bugs. Even when you log in with correct username and password, it does not open many a times. When you try to access your passbook, you get message that your request is registered and it will take 4 days for the passbook to be ready. However, my suggestion is first complain to RPFC and after a few days forward the complaint to EPFO HO at Delhi online. Visiting PF office will not be of any help.

hello sir, some times it happens with the software may be due maintenance activity would be going on. i had also experience this some time ..they are not giving the full details about their maintenance ,problems etc etc and the time frame to come back to the normal operation. yes if it happening from last some months then u need to go accordingly with binay jha..comment...thanks...

SirYou immediately make an application to regional Provident Fund commissioner for errors and tell him hje is responsible for correct update.Mark a copy to PMO and ask them if we do error they penalise us what penalty for this type of error which amounts to cheating by Govt of India as PF is treated as rep of Govt.
