We do not have a code of conduct on post electoral situations. Parties also do not have any such regulations. Both Constitution and the EC appear to be silent on such issues.Even the Governor remains a silent spectator . more

Is this circle not be used for political debate. If one circle member has given Quotation of Mr. Amit Shah (In what circumstances statement of Mr. Amit Shah is taken as final truth and correct by the local member is unknown to general public. Is there any recording he of the meeting held at Maroshreee, Bandra, Mumbai );another will give quotation of Mr. Uddhav Thakre. This Circle may recommend to the Govt . for change in election rule to the effect that pre-alliance parties, if get mandate should compulsorily form Government failing which their registration will be terminated. more

to be frank with you Mr. amit Shah was already clarified on News channel that there is no sharing of CM seat & the same CM will continue. Only depts .ministerial seats will be determined.( Oct. 13 , news channel) So he is perfect in decision. remaining, SS is do not have capable persons who will steer the govt. in right directions. BMC . TMC , KDMC are the best examples. They spoiled in fact . Aarey matter , the permission of tree cutting Given by BMC ( which is controlled by SS , Their person is forest & Env. Minister ) as they are custodian . AND SS is blaming that they don;t but will see after retaining on Power !!! Making fool to peoples. If You see the History Marathi peoples goes out of Bombay in their govt. Tenure. But till date Blind peoples are not accepting the facts. there should be some strict rules to stop this horse trading. As such without govt. common man will not get affected. they have to do their routine work for their livelihoods. more

The posts clearly shows the biased opinions in favour of BJP. BJP and Shivsena (SS) went for alliance to fight the election with a common platform based on agreed agenda. With this agenda they had decided to work for the benefit of Maharashtra. The points of agreement were 1. BJP will fight 25 and SS 23 seats of Loksabha. 2. For assembly elections, the seats for other parties will be allotted first. The remaining seats will be divided equally between BJP and SS. Eighteen seats were allotted to friendly parties. This means SS should have got 135 seats to contest. They received only 124 seats. "Who back-stabbed whom?" 3. There were 43 BJP rebels who fought against official SS candidates. They are rebels, who have left the party, we cannot prevent them as they are not our party members. Point accepted! But what about BJP financial support to these candidates. "Who back-stabbed whom?" 4. There is a video clip of Fadanvis, with Amit Shah and Uddhav Thackarey, where Fadanvis has voiced the first two points. In the same video, Fadanvis voices the following point. 5. Together we have done good work in last five years and therefore, we are sure to win this election. Post election, we will form the government together and we will EQUALLY SHARE the responsibility of running the government. "Who back-stabbed whom?" 6. What we people have voted is for the entire understanding between BJP and SS of running the govt. This also means we have voted for the understanding of sharing equally the responsibility of running the govt. Now, Fadanvis is denying the point of "Equally sharing" the responsibility of running the government. Therefore, Fadanvis has not only back-stabbed SS, but is also fooling the people. I agree with Mr.Khairnar and all the others. What can we as citizens do? May be we should at least have a public referendum. That way in situations like these, the voters will have a voice. The voted cannot take us for a ride more

I absolutely agree with Ravindra. It is sheer back stabbing by SS. I cannot understand how the BJP could align with them when they knew their wishy washy stance . I hope Presidential rule comes into Maharashtra, maybe there will be some transparency and work done. more
