Poor quality foods delivered by BB
What is with Big Basket that it delivers products with fungus. Quality checks are clearly lacking. There should be stringent guidelines to be followed in storage and transportation and shelf life management of food items by egrocers like big basket.

Your say of necessity of quality checks before delivery is correct. However, I am not too sure that delivery boys are equipped with skill. It may be better if the customers are empowered to refuse the poor quality goods but this should not be misused. more

Why only egrocers? Quality of food sold has to be across all segments. The Palak I get from local vegetables shop smell DDT. Raw banana while cutting emits smells like paint for which eyes burning sensation you get. Quality has to be paramount as it affects health of people which means utmost care needs to be taken in production, storage and transport. I request all to voice out in this circle so that there is a comprehensive quality metrics, rules, regulations and guidelines are prepared by both center and state governments for the benefit of health of all citizens. more
