Pollution levels 400+

Every winter Delhi government start playing blame game. We all knew the factors playing major role in pollution. If you see pollution around Delhi border area is very high, Reason - due to restrictions all building material supppliers shifted to Haryana. All these stocks maintained at low rental area hence one can easily understand what basic infra will be there. Roads, no where exists, potholes because of heavy loaded trucks. Whole day they are blowing dust, if CPCB wants to do reality check they can do. Next major contributor is again dust lying at the bottom of road dividers and near foothpath. When vehicles moving this dust goes high in the air, unfortunately no coming down due to moisture in the weather's. If we talk about numbers, there are more than lakh staff in MCD, if they do their job in a planned manner, may be in phases, they can clean the roads and collect the dust. Rhis dust has to be removed permanently from the road. This way we can get breathing, currently their way of working is just doing formalities. Instead cleaning they are spreading the dust. So the solution needs synchronized efforts. more  

भारत मैं जब सरकार के पास कोई सलूशन (SOLUTION) नहीं होता या सीधे कहे उसके वश की बात नहीं होती तो वो उसका दोष किसी न किसी दूसरे के माथे मडती रहती हैं. और दूसरी है हमारी प्यारी मीडिया, हर साल 2 दिन बरसात क्या हो जाये 24 घंटे की ब्रेकिंग न्यूज़ --डूब गई दिल्ली डूब गई! अब तो प्रलये आ ही समझो !! पिछले 50 साल का रिकॉर्ड टूटा !!!,,, थोड़ी गर्मी पड़ते ही -- पिछले 150 साल का रिकॉर्ड टूट गया इस साल ! गंजे के सर पर गिरा अंडा, फूटते ही बना ऑमलेट !!!---सर्दी मैं --पिछले 500 साल का रिकॉर्ड टूटा ! नल मैं से निकल रही है बर्फ !! भैंस दे रही है आइस क्रीम !!! अब एक नया फलसफा प्रदूषण! प्रदूषण!! प्रदूषण!!! ... दुनिया की सबसे प्रदूषित शहर घोसित हो गया है भाई हमारा दिल्ली ...सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने लगाया पटाखों पर बेन, लोगो को सलाह बिना जरुरी काम बहार न निकले... बहुत ही शर्म की बात है, सिवाए झूठ, झूठ और झूठ के सिवा कुछ नहीं ...न तो कोई प्रदूषण है न ही ऐसी सिचुएशन (SITUATION) के लोग मुंह पर मास्क लगा कर सुवर के जैसे दिखें, न पठाखो पर बेन लगाई जाये. अब सुनो सलूशन (SOLUTION) जो हमारी किसी भी सरकार की औकाद के बहार की बात है. क्योंकि उसके पास लोगो मैं कम होती रोगो से लड़ने की प्रतिरोधक क्षमता का कोई इलाज़ नहीं. उसके लिए अच्छा बिना रसायन प्रयोग किया खाना चाहिए. अब बेचारी सरकार वो कान्हा से लाये ? बिना मिलावट के दूध चाहिए आज की तारीख मैं तो बिना मिलावट के दूध देने वाली भैंसो की नस्ल ही ख़तम हो चुकी है. जो दूध आज हम पी रहे हैं वो किसी समय "सप्रेटा" कहलाता था. (मीनिंग के लिए गूगल कर लेना). स्वच्छ पानी चाहिए, तो स्वच्छ पानी आएगा कान्हा से? क्या सरकार सारी इंडस्ट्रीज बंद कर दे ? क्या हम पूजा पाठ से लेकर अपना सारा कूड़ा नदियों मैं बहाना बंद कर दें? ये तो हो नहीं सकता. उसके लिए चाहिए अलोपेथिक दवाई और अस्पतालों पर बेन सरकार वो कर नहीं सकती, क्योंकि हमे तो सरदर्द से लेकर हार्ट अटैक का इलाज़ इंस्टेंट चाहिए इंस्टेंट. चाहे उसके वजह से 10 बिमारी और हो जाये पर तुरंत दर्द सही होना चाहिए "चुटकी मैं" तो हमारी नई नस्ल पैदा कैसी होगी,? डालडा की पूड़ी तो डालडा जैसी ही होगी, फर्मी अंडे से कभी देसी मुर्गा निकला है ? ऐसे इंसान जो ज्यादा सर्दी, गर्मी, बरसात होते ही पड़ेंगे बीमार, एक छोटा मछर काटेगा और आप डेंगू जैसी बीमारियों से मरेंगे. और माननिये कोर्ट की बात, कोर्ट सिर्फ सबूतों पर चलता एक जिन्दा इंसान जितना मर्जी चीखे मार मार के कहता रहे के वो जिन्दा है बिना सबूत के कोर्ट उसे ये ही मानेगा के वो जिन्दा या मुर्दा तो क्या इस दुनिया मैं ही नहीं है. कल आप कोर्ट के सामने सबूत पेश कर दो के दिल्ली दुनिया की सबसे साफ़ सुथरा शहर है वंहा हर तरफ हरियाली है, पहाड़ है समुन्दर है कोर्ट वही मानेगा और उसी की अनुसार फैसला करेगा. अब एक बात चैलेंज की ::- मैं सिर्फ वही ही बात करता हूँ जो मैं प्रैक्टिकल मैं साबित कर सकता हूँ या जिसका मैंने अनुभव किया हो. दिल्ली मैं आनंद विहार सबसे प्रदूषित इलाका है मैं एक हफते बिना किसी मास्क के दिनों रात वह रहने की लिए तैयार हूँ. और फिर भी मेरे फेफड़ो को बाल भर फरक नहीं पड़ेगा...मेरे अंदर आप T.B. का इंजेक्शन लगा दो मैं अलोपेथिक की एक सिंगल दवाई बिना खाये ठीक होकर दिखा दूंगा. मैंने पिछले 10 सालो से एक सिंगल अलोपेथिक दवाई नहीं खाई, आँखे इतनी तेज हैं चींटी की टाँगे गिन क़े बात सकता हूँ बाल, BLOOD PRESSURE /SUGAR मेरे बाल बांका नहीं कर सकते. और यारदास्त अर्जुन के तीर जैसी तेज. अंत मैं ये सारी बाते लिखने की वजह मैं दिल्ली मैं पैदा हुआ हूँ और आज पूरी दुनिया मैं दिल्ली की बदनामी हो रही है क़े दिल्ली सबसे प्रदूषित जगह है. काश मेरे पास सबूत होते क़े दिल्ली मैं ओक्सिजेन क़े सिवा कुछ नहीं, यंहा तो बड़े बड़े समुन्दर हैं, पहाड़ हैं, 5-6 नदियाँ हैं. तो आज मैं भी सुप्रीम कोर्ट से फैसला करवाता क़े दिवाली पर इतने बम और पठाखे फोड़ने हैं क़े अमेरिका और रशिया अपने सारे SETELITE सिर्फ ये देखने क़े लिए लगा देते, क़े भाई हिन्दुस्तान मैं कोई लड़ाई तो नहीं चल रही... I approached 2 CPCB, DPCC, NGT, Delhi cabinet, LG team and many other Dept. from 2017 towards ' SHOULD B STOP SPREADING co2 CAUSE OF COAL BURNING ' (Presswalla) BUT no response yet now. finally I conduct telephonic communication with DPCC area head what he replied ' we R control Industries pollution only, its not our work so approach police or MCD. Recently again I approached chairmen of CPCB and continuously call 2 his PS then its forwarded to PS of member of secretary then forward 2 scientist air quality. finally I called him . he said I also forwarded it 2 .... ? Actually what's going on no1 can say, no1 can say status of my complaint... I shared Pics, DR. prescription... I approached newspaper reporter also but ... Surprise . where is solution !!! more  

How much is the contribution of vehicles in the total air pollution? And what is percentage of diesel vehicles running on road out of total vehicles? Those advocating banning of diesel vehicles can they establish by proven data that Diesel vehicles are a MAJOR contributor. These vehicles are there through out the year and not during winter. Yes, Personal vehicle usage should be reduced otherwise for saving foreign exchange and avoiding road congestion by providing comfortable and easily available public transport. Irony is government has not analyzed adequately the causes. Clearly crop burning are contributing a lot during this season. Leaving to poor farmers will not help. Either the Govt should give incentives to farmers for proper disposals or organise other means of collection and using these crop left overs for making fertilizer or many other possible useable. Leaving to public without adequate alternatives don't help. more  

Another contributory factor is crop burning in the adjoining states. No new petrol/diesel cars should be sold except electric ones. Private cars ir taxis running with less than 75% full capacity should be warned at first instance, then fined. more
