Policing should not be cornered
1.Since 90s Policing in India was set to Fail in their vested duties and are even cornered 2. Some District Collectors, IAS, IPS also are insulted publicly 3. Offences relating to Public Tranquillity , Promoting enemity between Classes ; Contempt of Lawful Authority of Policing ; Offences effecting Decency, Morals, Defamations ; Conspiracy/intrigue instigating becoming rampant since 2 decades due to failure of Policing in the Country.
4.Ex MLA; MP; Minister are handled lifting into Police Vehicle many times
5.Even a CM was arrested when challenged the lawful Authority
6. Anti Socials targeting Police insulting, Pelting Stones, Beating, making injuries to Police
7. Anti Nationals/Smugglers targeting Police Pelting Stones, Beating, Opening Fire, Killing even Bombing on Police. Crime Investigation Teams are also killed many times
8. Will-fully Failing Policing in India continuously these 2 decades is the ROOT CAUSE OF ALL SORTS OF CONTEMPT OF LAWFUL AUTHORITY OF P.S. and POLICE.
9. Policing shall not be suppressed at the point of litigant Advocacy. Public Tranquillity, Reasonable Restrictions of Article 19- 2 to 6 shall be the preferable mandate in many issues connected with Society as well as the Nation.
(1994) 1 SCC 243 every limb of Constitutional Machinery to be People Oriented shall hold good and not the Individual as far as the issues of IPC Chapters VIII ; X ; XI ; XIV ; XV ; IX-A ; Article 19- 2 to 6 are concerned PLEASE.

This is now A MUST IN Jammu and Kashmir revising IPC Punishments WHICH IS LONG DUE IN WHOLE COUNTRY.

Military Forces , Police Forces had not been addressed with requisite Arms to face the Evil forces of whatever name called. Military and Police Forces became the target of Aggressive Activists and Terrorists and many lost their lives since 70s in countless number. Political Rulers never cared and the result is , ALL SUCH HAVE BEEN SHELTERED IN THIS COUNTRY SINCE 90s. Supreme Court also sometimes questioned about need of possessing weapons by Police. Self defense Arms also prohibited in places Naxal, Maoist warfare . This is the Status of Rule in India FOR SECURITY FORCES. SC had to seriously comment on Security but only after Bomb Blast at SC . Neglect of all Constitutional Bodies is the root cause of all sorts of threats, Parallel Rule , Bomb Blasts , Terror attacks decades together. JUDICIARY ALSO KEPT SILENT IN THESE ISSUES OF SECURITY. 2 PMs were Assassinated . Parliament was attacked . Terrorists Bombed , Attacked many places decades together . Innocent Citizens had been killed many times by FUNDED Maoists , Naxals . SUPREME COURT TO REALIZE ABOUT ITS CONSTITUTIONAL RESPONSIBILITY . PRESIDENT OF THE COUNTRY TO EXERCISE HIS SPECIAL POWER TO MANDATE SUITABLY . INDEPENDENT INDIA SHALL NOT BE MISUSED . ALL to understand Constitutionally vested Responsibility and Accountability as far as PREAMBLE guarantees are concerned. WHEN LEGISLATURES POSSESS CONVICTS SHARE IN RULE OF THE COUNTRY, Rule of Law ever get diluted / diversified . REFORMS AND STRICT REGULATIONS ARE MUST AND FAST REQUIRED TO SET RIGHT. Citizens will be safe as Long as MILITARY AND POLICE FORCES ARE SAFE . AT LEAST THIS IS TO BE UNDERSTOOD without diluting our Home and Border Security Forces.

Nation and Citizen facing the serious effects of this since 2 decade. Citizen Safety, National integrity, mostly targeted. Offences relating to Lawful Authority, Elections, Public Tranquility, Religions increasing enemity between various Classes in the whole Nation which had been ultimately deteriorating Peace and Economy of individuals as well as the Country.
Revision and strict enforcement of IPC becoming only remedy to keep Citizen and Nation away from these backbiting willful and ill-full practices. Codifying Regulations on the issues of Article 51 A, Fundamental Duties also becoming a must at National Interest please.

There shall not be chances of : benefit of doubt : inadequate Prosecution ; leaving off to Conscience even on issues creating CLASHES; RIVALRY; RIOTS BETWEEN Classes, Castes, Communities, Religions, dilution/targeting National Integrity FOR ACCOUNTABLE POLICING .
