policies
We should talk about broad issues only to the PM. Details have to be taken up with respective ministries. My views are:
1. There should a weekly decision to simplify rules and regulations of each dept to reduce corruption. There are thousands of donkey rules. Eg bus service approval by dept of tourism ! What is this non-sense. People know how to choose a good operator. Bad operator should be punished immediately by a tribunal.
2. Corruption is reduced by simplifying rules and regulations. But major cause for corruption is the high cost of land/house/flat and high cost of education. These cost have to be brought down by proper policies.
3. A detailed land use policy has to be developed. Lands for schools, garages, public services etc have to be classified and conversion to commercial complexes, apartments etc should be banned. Eg if a petrol bunk owner can not continue his business, he shall sell it to others, but not change land use.
4. All India govt enterprises including railways should have a policy of recruitment 50% to local language state persons and 50% to persons from other states at lowest level such as railway stations, post offices etc. This way each organisation will have pan-India character with minimum bias.
I will convey more later.

Govrnment should getout of all commercial activities like running Airlines, Hotels, Factories etc other than essential services affecting common man and concentrate on HEALTH, EDUCATION & INFRASTURCTURE. All commercial activities should be freed and controlled by Regulatory Authority in each area headed by Honest , capable and sincere persons , instead appointing person including Senior Officials with political connections. By doing so high level corruption can be curtailed to a great extend. Common citizens like our forum(MODI FOR PM) can be a pressure group ,outside the government setup, and play an active role by observing the actions of the government departments and imparially high light the positive and negative aspects and appreciate and expose the deeds where ever required. We can debate all these issues in due course. Happy to see the very positive development emerging at present. SMP

Every government department should have a consultative committee consisting of experts and the common citizens at every level. The basic principle of democracy has been well-described as " wearer knows where the shoe pinches" User of the government services knows where things have gone wrong.
