Pls. come together to stop evil design of some political parties to divide India on caste basis .let them not succeed.
Yesterday, a shocking revealation by some News Channel that Congress is going to include in its menifesto "Reservations in Private companies" made me cry for future of our country.
In a debate, interestingly BJP's spokes person was not willing to open her cards that BJP supports such shamefull inclusion in BJP's menifesto or not.some one from SC/ST was vehemently supporting this.
Who will open factories in India? who will invest in India if they can not empoy workers/ staff as per their need but will have to employ on caste basis. lacs and lacs of government posts are vacant as government is not in a position to accomodate all due to salary/ pension burdens and now want to shift focus on Private organisation who atleast give some respite to merit holders by giving employment in absence of any opprrtunity due to reservations in Government jobs.How can India grow , if an employee is selected even with less than of 40% marks in any stream bypassing merit holders because of CASTE. SHAME SHAME.we need to think seriously and come together before we lose every thing in our own country , India. more

My dear frinds, as per provisions of constitution of India reservation was to given to the weaker sections of the society for next 10 years. After 10 years the decision was to be analysed by a committee. but unfortunately every ruling party has increased it time to time not only on the basis of cast and creed but considering vote bank mathmatics to various other casts also. Mandal commission recommendations implemented by VP Singh govt fut more fule in this fire during 1990. Again Congress is trying to increase this issue to the private entreprises. Really reservation is not giving benifits to the common man among reservest classes. Rich man are geting benifited by the reservation. In my opinion reservation should be given to make poorman strong sufficient but not in any case for the jobs. At present higher education is too much costly and reservation issue becomes a big fance to get selected. Because most of the vacencies of Gen catagory are filled from reservist classes based on the 1st mariet. Then after merit for reservist classes is decided. In this way these classes gets benifits in gen as well as reservation also resulting min chances for the gen cat. Besides reservation in promotions has also hampered the progress in a big way. In this way AAP should have clear agenda on reservation issue in her manifesto. more
