All issue can be solved if we have Good Governance Mantra! 10%+90%=3P=Bad Governance If 10%-for Self+90%-for the Party & Hefty Sum for Key Posting-Promotion-Permit etc exist? Can we expect Good Governance? As Modiji have the Majority,we can expect Good Governance now.

Daily wages for a unskilled labour is being fixed in our country Rs 250 - Rs300 per day. But in the state of ODISHA the flagship project for SSA by OPEPA is being fixed for DEO(Data Entry Operators) is Rs 5000 for a month (approx. Rs 165 per day) . How is it happens? And for a single technical person in a block(MIS-cum-Planninig Coordinator get salary Rs 10,000 per month, in compared to Rs 22.000 in Assam state for the same job.How is it happens;where the bureaucracy of Odisha asleep?
