plantar fasciitis problem

Hello, I am suffering from plantar fasciitis since more than year. There is always morning pain in my heels that goes away after some time. Any kind of rigirous activity like running , increases the pain. Can any body refer good orthopaedidian? more

Thanks all for replies... apologies for responding so so late.... actually I had to go to UK for some official assignments hence I could not continue with the conversation. I live in Friends colony Gurgaon...near sector 15, it will be good if someone can please tell me any good Orthopedition from Gurgaon itself. more
