PF WIthdraw Queries

Hi Team

I am working in IT company from the past 4 years and I have decided to withdraw my PF for my personal use and I have below queries. Would be great if you answer them

1) When I withdraw PF, All the amount(Employee Share, Employer Share, Pension Contribution) will get withdrawn and credited my bank account ?

2) When I withdraw my PF account, Is there any tax deduction on this ?

3) Which is the mail id to communicate with PF department. (I sent a mail to uanepf@epfindia.gov.in but it got bounced back)

Regards

You can withdraw if you are not employed for minimum three months after resigning. more
You cant withdraw if you are working in an organisation that has PF. In that case you need to transfer the amount to your new company. Partial withdrawals are allowed for specific purposes like house construction, marriages etc. more
FYI, I have left that company after working for 4 years and now I joined a new company. So I was thinking to withdraw the PF amount from my ex-company. more
1. If you are still working in that company, you are not eligible for withdrawal. Otherwise you can withdraw by submitting form 19, 10 with form 3A, 5, 10 duly attested by your past employer to PF department. But when your service is below 5 years it is taxable but the amount is less than Rs.30000 no tax you have to submit a copy of PAN, and form 15G to the PF department along with claim forms 2. And if you are resigned from that company and joined in another company, then you are supposed to apply for transfer and not for withdrawal. 3. If you want to take loan/part withdrawal, for health reasons no service limit but for other cases you should have minimum subscription above 5-7years depending upon the reason for which you want to take loan i.e., for House purchase, Construction, Marriage of self/ dependents etc. more
I agree with Mr. Sankar and Mr. Piyush more
