PF Transfer Interest

When we transfer PF from one account to another due to change in company (But both PF # under same UAN) how will the interest for the amount in old account be calculated when the transfer happens?

When the PF is transferred from one account to another, as the PF contributions are with the EPFO, interest is calculated at the specified rates and creidted to the respective account. There will not be any loss of interest. If the Provident Fund contributions are lying with a trust and EPFO the interest is calculated on pro-rata basis and credit is given accordingly.

The Interest aspect so far perfectly handled by the pf department without any loss to the member . All the 365 days we will get the interest and calculated by the respective department .
