Performance Code is compulsory for Parliamentarians and Legislators
MLAs MPs Elected by People must complete their duty of transacting Business of Legislatures/ Parliament without wasting time on unproductive arguments, gatherings etc. They are Paid for Salary, Allowances, Perks, and even Pention by the Voters/ Electorate and hence they are subjected to Strict compliance of Duty Performance in Lagislatures and Parliament inevitably. Otherwise suspension, penalty, deduction of Remuneration and Perks, Pension is compulsory

The protesting MPs against suspension of 12 unruly MPs must realise that Transactions of Business in the Houses are fundamental for their status position as a Member of Parliament. They shall not disturb the process of Bills since it is their basic Duty. The Agitating/ Disturbing Members are subjected to Punishments since they are also Paid in addition to their fundamental duty of representing People and the Bills proposed by Executive authoritatively.
