Paytm fraud

Is there anyone who is waiting for paytm KYC completion and has blocked funds in the paytm wallet..?
If yes please do comment with your wallet balance stuck with paytm. more

Niranjan Keskar, your issue is very alarming and it clearly shows that the company is not providing any customer support for sure.. I can understand because i am facing the same issue. Please drop an email to below email id: ——> nodalofficer@paytmbank.com In addition, to deal with such issues, after hearing so kany issues here, i thought of creating a facebook page where we can directly mark the company so that they also know that there are many facing these type of issues. Page name is ——> “Together We Can” I would encourage each one of you to go there and mention their issues and we can mark the company there itself for their action. more

On visiting the local office of Paytm, the concerned advised that following the Supreme Court verdict on Aadhar, KYC verification is presently kept in abeyance fort updation of their system, which is likely to resume early. more

Paytm application is not allowing completion of KYC completion since July 2018 as a result I am unable to avail cashback.Contacting their customer care is a cumbersome process and that too unreliable. Don't know what RBI checks while granting them permission to operate.. more

My Son ordered a smartphone from an online mart and paid through Paytm. It was in exchange of an old phone which was in good working condition as per the terms of exchange. The courier boy found a small dent on the back side of the old phone and refused to take. The deal was thus cancelled and the money was not refunded till date because of non KYC. If we have to avail money, it will only be adjusted against some other purchase. A fraud together by courier person, online store and Paytm. Amount involved is nearly 30,000/- more
