Payment of bills Telengana government -Digital

It is almost six months since the central and state governments have announced that they are going cashless ,paperless with big fanfare .
The heterogenous ways of handling this gives doubt whether they are serious about it .
Many state govt departments are not accepting debit cards ,they are still demanding cash or cheque .
This is defeating the very purpose of digital transactions.
The excuse offered is as to who would absorb bank charges ?
When govts are writing off losses like transmissions, pilferage ,non payment ,why can't they absorb this trivial charges?
BSNL is not charging the bank charges on cards .
Even petty traders are refusing to swipe cards ,thus producing black money once again.
Time that a directive must be issued to all state governments to go digital instead of stalling it.
We are searching to create obstacles instead of implimenting any policy smoothly . more

Anything in haste is a waste. Many of us does several planning even when we are purchasing a grocery about item and here we have a PM who doesn't have the knowledge nor the machinery that can handle the things as a result of implications and complications implemented at a magnanimous level. Also we better know government agencies too. more
