Patronisation of some contractors by some Departments - NEED TO IDENTIFY THEM

It is not easy and simple to eradicate Corruption in India as long as there are power centers supporting it. Let be any walk of life it is there. If we go to court the justice will not come even after 25 years and how are you going to get Justice in this country. Remedy is leagslize corruption like leagslizing gambling like match fixing and other fields. Even before the legalizing recorruption it is existing in every walk of life and why not legalize. This make Indians to feel that as they pay tax it is also another tax. Only thing is after legalizing it should not reach the same stage as it is seen now.

This is very often occurs in City like Mumbai. You know all, Supreme Court has stopped giving new permits to Stalls in Mumbai. But is that followed by Greater Mumbai Municipal Corporation. No. There are violation. It it not the responsibility of GMMC to control such illegal activities.

These authorities are able to carry on with this practice because they are sharing the gain with elected supervisors? Elected supervisors are spending money while climbing the ladder ? There is a need for somebody like Guru Nanak Dev to demonstrate the blooding oozing from unauthorised income and milk coming out of authorised income.

Uday Bhasker je u are cent per cent right. I tell u one real case which i delt. A rich Dr. purchase a residential house and then he get this dis mental and built illegally a 4 story nursing home where he is admitting all type of serious ill patents with all ailment and accidental cases. due to this it become very difficult for resident to stay safe in the area. we made many complaints to municipal commissioner and other officials during after its construction and after its construction but non of the official had dare to give us any reply or take any action. We also take information through RTI and they inform us that this hospital is entirely illegal. To get this information the Municipal corporations all officials including Commissioner are non co,cooperative and supporting the case of owner and only when we muve to RTI office Chandigarh then the higher office listen the case , where corporation official who appears also try to shelter the owner but the office smell the case and send back to commissioner office to re inter take the case and send me the report. We come to know that in this case all official including commissioner involve in big bribe .All official accepting money by ignoring effect on the health of common citizen. I also wish bring in the knowledge of all our all friends that we had written to their ministries and other highly officials and they send our latter back to commissioner for action and report but all are get filed in corporation files. One more personal latter from Speaker of Punjab Assembly written to Corporation Commoner to attend the complaint of residents and don.t regularized this nursing home by accepting fine for illegal construction from the owners.. The owner of nursing home had a money to burn and he bribe all official with such a big amount so that there mouth and pen stop working. Corruption is become so power full which make the official blind. I personally see that now one is had any fear of any action from any one . I am behind this work from the past more then 4 year where no one is listing our problems and taking any action and still corruption is the winner. Now i want to take suggestion from all my friends that what action i will take further to carry on my fight against the corruption One thing is in my mind that i will move to Punjab high court and file a writ petition and any one my friend to suggest me a reasonable good lawyer .
