Pathetic Go First airline

It’s ironic that passengers who fly Go First are always late. Always. Don’t recommend considering the airline.

About time the DGCA acts and penalises airlines or brings in rules for compulsory compensation.

Anyone agrees with me? more

I flew from Mumbai to Patna and back during the first week of Jan 2023. The flights were on time and we had no difficulty. I found GoFirst to be slightly better than Indigo. more

Yes, airline services are mostly in chaos. DGCA hardly bothers to intervene. It appears there is hardly any standard of service to customers. Failed to understand why such a controlling authority can ignore such poor management of Airlines? Wish the competent authority will listen the painful voice of customers and discipline the service providers. more

My flight was cancelled by SPICEJET, reason given was due to a time table change from summer to winter schedule. Can you believe it?? NO penalty to SPICJET was charged , i had to buy a new ticket which was 2 times costlier more

I t is a total failure of government(DGCA) who cannot control the service providers, because they do not publish penalty figures against any service provider. Looks like they do not penalize, all the fines are forgiven due to corruption more
