Acute shortage of Garbage bins on the road. One of the reasons perhaps could be that no one wants one outside his gate. The same with Public washrooms. more

you have to engage 1 volunteer per thousand population.In villages this could be more as caste plays a part.Thevar community will not listen to s.c like this .this is prevalent in tamilnadu. as I have experience. then films, diseases, modern methods are to be shown.
