Ordeals at Police station
If there is a hell on earth, it is here, it is here, at our friendly PS. From about 9 pm to 11:45 you get to file a GD even if you want to file FIR and have your letter to OC snatched without giving you a received signature and misbehaved for asking the letter to be returned. If police staff behave like hooligans how far is it sustainable that they will provide protection from Criminals, more so to IPF members who risk their lives and that of their family's trying to fight Mafia and Jihadists?
1. From 9 pm the wait continues (see image time on phone number picture) half the time no one is there taking FIR.
2. About an hour after reaching the PS, I approach the reception with a request to meet the OC. Am told none can meet the OC directly by the lady, I can at best meet Mayjobabu (really what is that rank? Mayjo in Bengali means middle)
3. I figure out he sits in the Investigating Officers room. I am directed to a pretty flabby person who reads my letter and asks what I do? I reply IT, he asks what in IT. I reply software. Next question where, I reply Wipro, Dell etc. Which city, I reply Bangalore, Delhi, even abroad. Abroad where, I reply USA. The officer says you people should stay abroad why do you return to India! ( Really! this is an Indian who is serving in the police? God help Modiji and of course us who, it seems, should be ashamed to be in India as was evident from his tone) Tells me to file a GD and only then I should get the letter received. I request for FIR, he says not possible because you cannot name the person who smashed your window. Request for his name. Its Anubrata Mondol. Later I come to know he is SI.
4. Finally around 11 pm I am called. I request for an FIR, he says GD only, no FIR against unknown persons. Starts writing in Bengali I read something like 10: 30 so I point out the time. He leaves the room for some time. Returns and continues I see 6:30 I point out to the letter he is holding it is clearly written around 6 pm. Doesn't heed and finishes writing and asks to sign. I cant read his hand writing so I request him to read it out to me. Refuses! Had to sign something that could very well be my death certificate.
5. I request to let me know if police will visit my house. He says will update Kamardanga Outpost. The phone stops working after every few words. I ask him if this is the number to which we call DumDum PS, he replies Yes. Possibly my shock was reflecting on my face, so he proceeds with me and the two copies of my letter to the Investigating Officers room.
6. He informs the outpost and on request for receiving the letter, he says receiving section is closed. I take the map picture (check the time it's really late). On request for returning the letters, he returns one letter. I request him to please return both the letter so that I can submit it tomorrow, he refuses! The person with glasses sitting on the right of Mr Anubrata, who had already left, facing the door way, suddenly interferes rudely shouting asking me to leave! Good technique to usurp others possession!
7. I leave when it strikes me I don't need that carbon copy I can xerox another one from the original. With all my education I find these hard to handle. I was trying to reconcile to the truth why people find it better to be battered by Criminals than take the refuge of law and its vanguard the Police.
Are we Surakshit even at the Police Station? Will the members fighting Corruption & Criminalization really ever get police help? With this culture of the Police Station can citizens ever look up to them? Has the police any policy to correct their own corruption even before they can say they are friends? Mera Bharat Mahan, we are really good on curbing Citizens and promoting Criminals!

The fight is against reservations folks. That is why we have such inept, ineffecient and entitled people who have done a days honest work but get jobs because they belong to some caste or the other. They are also corrupt as they want to become rich with no effort. As they have got the job without having earned it they do not respect it or value it.

When third rate fellows of such nature are getting inducted into the Police Department, this would be the state of affairs. What the audacity that police man there has got to exhibit his disrespectful and impolite behaviour towards a respectable citizen when unsocial activities are brought to his notice from a responsible citizen. Jolly well he is expected to perform his normal and routine duty of immediately visiting the area and finding out for such mischievous fellows and unsocial elements upon such written complaints Thank God at least a written complaint is lodged by a responsible citizen on such matters as against some people who do not even report those matters on account of disbelief on Police or otherwise. Here is an occasion where the concerned police is strengthened for performing his rightful duties instead of initiating actions on such evil elements of the society suomoto by Police. What the higher ups are doing? The so called IPS Officers also appear to be not having any control overs such Station House Officers. After all they are paid for that from out of the tax collections from Citizens. I sincerely feel that the matter should not be left just like that. I advice Mr. Afghya Ganguli ji to take up the matter with the concerned DCP/CP if needed with the assistance of some of our circle members there and see that suitable departmental penal action is taken against that errant fellow who exhibited his odd behaviour at that Police Station and let us see who will save him

OFFICIAL CAN RETIRE AS A "CROREPATTI" ONLY IF HE CAN BRIBE THE AUTHORITIES FOR A "PROFITABLE " POSTING . FOR EXAMPLE , TO GET A POSTING IN THE IMMIGRATION WING OF THE AIRPORTS , A S.I. OR C.I. OF POLICE HAS TO BRIBE THE I.P.S. OFFICIAL WITH ABOUT RS. SIX LAKHS !! HE CAN THEN COLLECT ABOUT 60 (SIXTY) LAKHS FROM THE GOLD SMUGGLING AND WOMEN TRAFFICKING RACKETS FROM GULF COUNTRIES !! eg. NEDUMBASSERI WOMEN TRAFFICKING CASE . ONLY 2 LOWER GRADE POLICE OFFICIALS WERE CHRGE-SHEETED . ONE SP GOT BAIL AND ESCAPED FROM BEING CONVICTED , DUE TO HEFTY BRIBING AND POLITICAL INFLUENCE OF THE C.P.I. PARTY AND THEIR MEMBERS IN THE JUDICIARY !!!!

IN MOST DEPTS. , ESPECIALLY POLICE DEPT. , EXCISE DEPT. AND JUDICIARY , CORRUPTION IS "DELIVERED" BY OFFICIAL DRIVERS , RECRUITED FOR THIS PURPOSE. IN THE COURTS, THE DELIVERY OF "COMMISSION" FROM DEFENDANTS IS DONE BY THE DRIVER SIR . IN POLICE STATIONS , SUCH DRIVERS COLLECT "COMMISSION" FROM NARCOTIC GANGS , PROSTITUTION BROKERS , MIGRANT LABOURERS , ETC. ( UNEMPLOYED GIRLS/WOMEN ARE RECRUITED BY C.P.I. /CONG. I ACTIVISTS IN THE POLICE DEPT. TO TRAP UN-CORRUPTED OFFICIALS IN TRIVANDRUM CITY, BY FOLLOWING / HARASSING THEM ON 2 WHEELERS . THIS IS ONE KIND OF PUBLIC SERVICE DONE BY THE "SHADOW POLICE " IN TRIVANDRUM ) .

THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO DOUBT THAT THE POLICE DEPT. IN ALL STATES ARE UNDER THE CONTROL OF THE POLITICAL PARTIES , FULL OF CRIMINALS AND CORRUPTED PERSONS. IN CIVILIZED COUNTRIES , POLITICIANS ARE NEVER ALLOWED TO CONTROL THE POLICE STATIONS BECAUSE THEY WILL BE USED AGAINST HONEST CITIZENS , RTI ACTIVISTS AND WHISTLE-BLOWERS. BUT IN KERALA , THE POORLY PAID POLICE , MOSTLY RECRUITED FROM THE "RESERVATIONS" ARE USED BY THE CONG. I AND C.P.I. ACTIVISTS TO TARGET UN-CORRUPTED GOVT. OFFICIALS , ARRANGING FOR ACCIDENTS TO KILL THEM . 5THIS IS THE KIND OF POLICING IN KERALA STATE AND WEST BENGAL. SEE WHAT HAPPENED IN BEGALURU RECENTLY. TOO MANY CRIMINALS , LOYAL TO POLITICIANS , HAVE BECOME " CRIMINALS IN UNIFORM" !! ALL THOSE WHO DO NOT COLLECT BRIBES FOR GETTING FAVOURABLE POSTINGS , AT THEIR NATIVE PLACE , ARE TRANSFERRED TO REMOTE AREAS , TO SUFFER . THE TRANSFERS & POSTINGS OF GOVT. OFFICIALS , BOTH CENTRAL GOVT. AND STATE GOVTS. , SHOULD NEVER BE CONTROLLED BY CORRUPTED AUTHORITIES , SERVANTS OF CRIMINAL POLITICIANS . THIS IS ONE VERY IMPORTANT AGENDA FOR THE BJP GOVT. TO IMPLEMENT , IN THE PUBLIC INTERESTS .
