I have seen news that Supreme Court has removed the cap in the Salary levels for deduction to the Pension funds with retrospective effect. which means that pensioners can now remit the difference between the actual deduction and the deductible amount without the cap to EPFO and get a higher pension amount. I have written to EPFO twice without any response from them. Does someone have any experience on this?

Hello Mr. Pradeep, Any luck with your claim settlement?? I am also going through the same issue after submitting my claim online with all the required approvals and verifications of KYC documents, the claim is rejected without any reason. If you have found any pathway to resolve this issue, could you please share it so that i can even follow the same.

Please raise online Grievance. Most likely, there won't be any result. I applied this formula in my transfer case. I raised online Grievances two times. At both times it was closed without any resolution. Then, I took printout of complaints and details to Conserned Commission are.
