Not getting PF amount
Dear Sir,
Please suggest how to get my PF amount since my previous Employer is not giving me F&F and not clearing my PF. My left leg is paralysed and i am able to chase them. Please help.

Dear Ajaj,
Thanks for writing me. I have my PF number and UAN number with me and my office headquarter was in Bangalore and PF was being deposited there only. I stay in Noida so not able to chase them.Dropped several mails to my reporting manager and HR to clear it but they are not responding to it. Please suggest further.

Dear Sir, There are few questions to be answered by you before giving a solutions. How long you have working with this organisation. Have you given your resignation or left for any other reasons.(illness or) Please note that you can claim your PF amount if the employer is not signing your form. There are lot of changes being happened in the PF department for claiming your PF fund. Initially write a letter with Regd post with A/d to your ex office and ask them to process your pf fund. No one have the rights to hold your pf fund. They have to sign on the pf forms. If there is no reply for your letter with the A/d received from the office you can approach your company pf office and meet Social Security Officer or EO of your region and explain your situation. He will definitely help you to get the signature in the form and claim your pf amount. But remember you should have some valid proof that your ex employer not willing to sign your claim form. I had left my organisation on medical ground and submitted all the required medical documents for that. I have filled the exit form as well and i have the complete mail chain for all the communication till my exit from there. My Organisation name is Alp consulting Ltd which is headquarter in Bangalore ( Vasantha Nagar) and they have a office in Noida Sector 6. I was employed here in Noida. I have my PF number and UAN number with me, dropped several mail to HR and management but still there is no response. Should i go to labour office and file a case of harassment. Please suggest.

Let me first know who is the final Authority to release your PF Amount.Also
write your PF account related to AG Nagpur or AG Mumbai for final disburse.

If your employer is not willing to sign papers , then you shd make a complaint with local epf office with all relevant papers your discharge papers from yr organisation your medical papers to show that you are suffering from paralysis and you will not be able to work anymore etc. With this complaint it will also become clear whfyher yr employer has deposited yr co tribution with epf or not . Incase ypu hv any disputes witb yr employer first sort that out amicably
