Non payment of EPFO amount on superannuation

I, Sushil Kumar Goel, retired from Railtel Corporation of India Ltd. on 31.07.2015 and my application for final payment was sent by my organisation on 09.10.2015, but I am very sorry to find no payment till date nor no communication been done by EPFO to my organisation yet. Now who will be responsible for delayed payment and resultant loss of interest on it.? What I have to do now? My PF account No. is 24537/117 DL more

In this circle we should have senior officers with authority fromEPF so that they can cognisance of it and issue appropriate orders. Govt should make it mandatory. Such officers should be from state and regional circles. more
