NOISE POLLUTION AND VIBRATION IN RESIDENTIAL AREA

We (10 people) are struggling for the past 1 year by Huge Noise Pollution and Building Vibration due to functioning of Heavy Industries (Hydraulic power press Industries) situated in Residential area ( within the radius of 4 Kms from Vidhana Soudha and 0.5 Km from Metro Manthri Mall), Bangalore PIN CODE 560021. And the matter is not being solved by Karntaka State Pollution Control Board, BBMP & Bangalore City Police under the intimation to the Governor, the Chief Minister, Chief Secretary, Local MLA. In spite of NHRCs Intervention vide Case No. 519/10/1/2018 we are totally clue less for this kind of Lawlessness in Karnataka, particularly in Bangalore. May request the suggestion from any corner of this circle please...... more

This is natural even with House Construction/Addition/ renovations as well as to those near by Main Roads, Commercial places. Residential Colonies expanding nearer to Industrial Zones also suffer from such and many other problems of Livelihood. Neglect of Town Planning, Industrial Planning also result in such public calamities. THESE COULD BE RECTIFIED ONLY WITH VESTED COMMITMENT OF GOVERNANCE AND BODIES CONNECTED WITH INDUSTRY AS WELL AS RESIDENTIAL TOWNSHIPS. For this, there must be People Oriented Governments. AND safety oriented Bodies keeping Industries 10 km away on all sides WHICH is IMPOSSIBLE IN INDIA LIKE COUNTRIES WHERE ' CITIZEN DUTIES AS WELL AS GOVERNMENT COMMITMENT ARE EITHER LAPS OR BECOME QUESTIONABLE ' . Innocent Citizens must suffer since they can not Convince OR mandate. more
