ha ha ha ha this is joke Sir. Too many cooks are doing the cooking. Foolish idiotic rules one read in the leading press. People can travel by public bus in inter districts but not by private car....Have you ever seen more foolish authorities anywhere in the world? Trader are crying because goods are not being allowed to move till the babus on the way are bribed? Like it is declared we have to live with Corona Sir we have to live with corruption which must be legalized. more
