Unfortunately our people, specially business people and traders do not bother about breaking rules. Just like vehicle drivers, no one cares even if they break rules and kill others. The correct action would be for Government to stop the licences of such traders, businesses who have not submitted the required GST returns. IN OUR COUNTRY..... WE DO NOT LEARN UNTIL WE GET HARD KICKS IN THE ARSE. more
In my view instead of expecting every businesspersons to maintain detailed record, submit returns and pay GST expand the scope to GST on all goods and services as reflected by bank withdrawals the primary source to avail goods and services.
