No Action from DJB

We had reported an overflowing sewer to DJB thru their online complaint lodging system. There was no response except a system generated SMS.
After about 10 days we e-mailed to the concerned DJB office, sent a reminder after 3 weeks or so. But still no action taken to rectify the issue. Any suggestions on how to get DJB to act.

PLEASE FIND OUT ALSO, THIS COMES UNDER CPWD AS SIMILAR SITUATION HAD ARISEN SOME TIME BACK ON MANDI ROAD. AFTER RUNNING FROM PILLAR TO POST( JAL BOARD TO MCD) IT WAS FILTERED DOWN TO PWD AND HAPPENED?
Don't worry. They will never do this work. I had made similar complaint and followed it up to chief engineer but what they did was an eyewash.
So far as I know, the DJB (Delhi Jal Board) comes under the governance of the Delhi government. Being in charge of the Delhi government, one needs to address the matter to the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP). They can be reached at contact@aamaadmiparty.org. May be your contacting the AAP helps in finding redress. Best of luck!
