NGOs like to work in areas well connected but shun isolated, remote and difficult areas. So the problems of deprived are not solved. Some bureaucrats or their spouses directly or indirectly get attached to NGOs for selfish purposes, this need to be curbed. NGOs involved in anti-national activities should be taken task by holding all its authorities accountable.
