NEXT IMMEDIATE ACTION TO BE TAKEN.
The Govt.of India and State Governments have relaxed the concept of WORK FROM HOME after the first wave of Covid-19 slightly reduced some months ago. Now that the Second wave has reappeared with full force and Government of India as well as State Governments could not tackle the situation effectively it is high time that the Concept of work from Home should be reintroduced with effect from 1st May,2021. In the factories, large number of workers are coming together and mingle and chances of Covid virus spreading is more. Moreover, the labourers have no 100% awareness about wearing of mask as well as keeping their hands and body clean. Apart from this in the factories the workers have no chance of keeping social distance of 6 feet between each other. The Supervisory staff are unnecessarily mingling with workers and this makes things worse. Hence wherever congregation of people occurs including factories, such places should be banned and only one third capacity of labour should be allowed to work. The Higher categories whose presence is not necessary there, they should be asked to work from Home. If Govt,of India introduce this work from Home , the spreading of virus will come down more than 50%. Arise and Act at once. more

Only a very, very few jobs can be work from hiomne. Majority of the jobs has to be from their workplaces only more

Our new student are advance and aware for that. So, Keep and direct them in right way. They will definitely done it accordingly. more

This is already happening wherever WFH is possible. Employers and employees are sensitive to the situation. more

Manufacturing companies need to manufacture and they are doing two shifts at places where there was earlier just one shift. We cannot have a norm on how many workmen in a shift becuase some processes need more people. ALso WFH is not possible there. Of course office staff can and is working from home. Lockdown or no lockdown people will not wear masks. We just need the govtt to make the medical facilities better. That is the only way. And for God's sake no elections or rallies.. we can tolerate the same ministers for some more time so let them be. Shutdown temples and festivals for 6 months more. NO weddings. Even if this is controlled it will be enough but there is no will. more

I agree with you. People who do not know or not aware of the process of manufacturing keep giving suggestions. The factories and industries who depend on physical man power add to our economy, where as political rallies, meetings, and dog tailing the political leaders, marriages, house warming, deaths, religious festivals need to strictly curtailed as it serves only few people in the service industry. more

Everything can't emphasized with the rule and law. We as responsible citizen also should hold the responsibility to support the move to eradicate this CORONA as INDIA has huge population compared other country. Suggesting lock down would down trend the economy further and inflation will be much higher. Country is yet to revive from the loss incurred because of first COVID lock down. Let us support the rulers to support us. more
