Y govt has to procure 17 lakh crore to procure msp y not take farmers suggestions y not take 60% from farmers and they grow as per demand one crop overgrown but other crop undergrown farmers must reduce cultivation to half field so we get whole grain for 2 years plus export govt secretary must be blamed
